Job DescriptionMoody's Analytics' Banking Technology Solutions department is looking for an intern for a 6 month assignment.
The Banking Cloud project within the Banking OU department aims to become a key player in financial regulation in Europe and worldwide. By accelerating technological innovation and the transformation of bank usages in relation to their duty to regulators, our team of designers is part of this ambition with three challenges:
Design feature that improves the Banking solution with User centered design in mindConsolidate design methodologies such as user research, participatory design and the implementation of a design systemManage and monitor the end-to-end user experience and the value generated for our customers and other stakeholdersThe main responsibilities of this internship/project will be:
Conduct exploration phases to understand who the business users are (e.g. interviews, observations, surveys, focus groups) and understand their difficulties, their needs, etc.Synthesize the research to build a solution adapted to user needs and technological constraintsPrototype and test with users the proposed solutionsLeverage the interaction design of our applicationCollaborate in the creation of components and methodology that can be used by all Banking product teamsContribute to the acculturation of the business teams on design and the importance of putting the end user at the center of our workDo design watch in FinTechQualificationsIdeally working towards a Master’s degree in design, data visualization, writing and/or knowledge managementYou like designing interface and you attach more importance to the detailsYou are familiar with UX design methodologies. You have mastered at least one prototyping tool (XD, Adobe, Axure, Figma, etc.).Other innovation methods (Lean Start Up, Design sprint,...) are a plusFluency in EnglishMust have a sense of synthesis and pedagogyMust develop a very good level of autonomy to track and find functional information on the product and increase knowledge on the productYou are open-minded, dynamic, with a good sense of synthesisYou like to work in a multi-cultural teamMoody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
