Description du poste :

The role will involve assisting HR projects to further develop supporting HR digital transformation and internationalization in Colas Group. Through the work involved, the successful candidate will gain practical experience as an HR Generalist internationally. The scope of work includes 35 countries (English/French and/Spanish speakers) in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Oceania.
Reports:
- Support the development of a Dashboard with the key indicator for department
- Issue reports (workforce, turnover, mobility, recruitment, interns, departures, intercultural training
- SharePoint Page: Support the creation and update of the HR sharing platform
Talent Management:
- Support the Talent Review campaign internationally collaborating with stakeholders
- Participate in the development of various Talent reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to keep database UpToDate (development plans and succession)
Intercultural Induction for Expatriates:
- Liaise with new expatriates, HR country managers, and Training providers to execute a training program.
- Apply Training Effectiveness poll with the expatriates
- Follow up with reports on the development of the program
Rémunération de stage: De 2500.0 à 6667.0 EUR par mois

- A good understanding of the Human Resource function.
- Microsoft 365 including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Power BI, SharePoint and Microsoft teams knowledge will be an advantage)
- English (B2 level minimum)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
- Personal integrity, confidentiality in all aspects of the work involved.
- Well organized and able to manage own workload as priorities change (Attention to detail).
- Ability to work with teams across different countries.
- Likes challenge, good time management skills.

Indemnités : 1700 € par mois + gratification de fin de stage
6 Months contract minimum
