Talent Advisor Internship Programme
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Draft job advertisements, managing internal and external job postings on Unilever’s career sites and other external sites.Coordinate with Talent advisor, hiring managers, and candidates E2E recruitment processes in Early Careers and Experienced Professionals positions.Use of Unilever’s digital recruitment and process powered by IA tools.Maintain communication and constant feedback with candidatesPartner the CORE HR Team to ensure seamless execution of all pre/post offer approval processes, including requesting documentation and providing any necessary information for onboardingEnsure the applicant tracking system (WorkDay) and other HR technologies (Servicenow) are up to dateManage logistics and communications for university events (career fairs, classroom activities, etc.)Support the Employer Branding strategy and keep the EB calendar up to datePerform additional ad-hoc projects and tasks as assignedWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience is a nice to haveYou are customer focused, adaptable, with strong follow up and organizational skillsYou are enthusiastic about broadening your experience within recruitment, and have proven experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretionYou have the proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex organizationExcellent communication (oral and written) skills in both Spanish and EnglishYou are interested & able to bring in the team digital trendsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) is a nice to haveWHO WE ARE:
