The trainee will be supporting the work of a strategic and exciting initiative for Veolia, dedicated to supporting commercial teams globally to improve their sales organisations, deploy world-class learning to increase performance, and measure the return on their investment into learning through ongoing impact assessments. The programme is in full deployment phase, which involves continuous interaction with Veolia teams globally.
The successful candidate will have much autonomy and opportunities to learn from experienced and talented colleagues at all levels of the organisation. Their responsibilities will primarily be focused on developing tools to assess the impact of the program globally and in the teams, and support the Program Director in implementing these tools globally. You will need to get deeply accustomed with Sales Academy's content and be up-to-speed with the project development and deployment throughout Veolia. You will be responsible for identifying tools to best capture and assess the performance of the program in the region in line with each team's commercial quantitative and qualitative objectives, and aggregate feedback at global level to provide global impact and performance metrics. You will also liaise with the local teams to ensure a link between impact assessment metrics and local digital CRM tools is secured.
Your role will also consist in supporting the Program Director in identifying best reporting mechanisms to ensure impact assessment is provided on a timely and high quality standard.
