Support the implementation of the e-retail strategy within Europe

Help in the management of Notino account




  • Coordinate product launches across all countries: support with the creation of folders for new launches with easy access for all

  • Ensure that e-retail websites are always up to date, with the correct content, creative banners, assets and copy to comply with Givenchy/Kenzo brand guidelines

  • Monitor visibility on European e-retailer platforms, both for Givenchy/Kenzo and competitors, reporting back to the business and highlighting key opportunities

    • In conjunctions with market KAMs and e-retailer managers

  • Coordinate activities for markets negotiated at HQ level for Sephora and Douglas: CMR activities, visibility, e-trade calendars, social media


  • Help with tracking competitors’ activities on 23 sites across Europe

  • Track Givenchy/Kenzo activities through an agreed trade plan with Notino

  • Create folder to support new launches/activities with videos, images, text

  • Track products, GWPs/Sampling forecast and shipments

  • Help with logistics and admin tasks


  • Assist with budget; raising and approving invoices, POs and allocating to cost centres


Key Competencies/Technical Skills

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Fluent in English is mandatory

  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, and ability to build reports from scratch

  • Good copy writing and proof-reading skills



  • A strong analytical and highly organised individual with a genuine affinity for the brands and the luxury industry.

  • Highly organised and able to multi-task

  • Flexible and team player

  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
