The Global Travel Retail works in close relationship with its customers to deliver unique brand experiences in the biggest
Airports and Cruises Lines around the world. In this highly dynamic environment, our Travel Retail teams are dedicated to
share and promote with passion the excellence of our Wines & Spirits portfolio.



As part of the Travel Retail Europe team based in Paris, you will support the Sales Development Manager and the Key
Account Manager in managing the largest airport operator worldwide, through different missions:


BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (40%)



  • Analyze brands performance within the categories for assortment reviews and manage new products listings
    Run performance analysis to get business recommendations for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Ambassadors

  • Create business presentations for internal meetings, market visits and customer meetings

  • Identify and analyze distribution gaps and think strategically of how to overcome them

  • Identify business opportunities that can deliver incremental value

  • Coordinate with staff agencies to insure Sales Ambassadors are well equipped to sell our brands



FINANCE (40%)



  • Run detailed reports on return on investment (ROI), markets and sell in / sell out analysis

  • Monitor orders and validate supply capacity

  • Maintain accurate budget management and a clear invoicing process to ensure no overspend within assigned
    accounts

  • Update global budget trackers per market

  • Support the KAM on key financial reports e.g. volume forecast



MARKETING (20%)



  • Support the implementation of marketing activations to deliver a first-class consumer experience at the airport

  • Communicate with the brand ambassadors to share key selling information to optimize the brand’s message during
    the marketing activation

  • Co-organize key internal events



PROFILE:



  • Currently in Master’s degree (Business school, Engineer school or equivalent University degree), you are looking
    for a final year internship

  • You show strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Agile, you know how to deal with complexity and adapt to a fast-moving environment

  • Passion for Luxury and/or Wine & Spirits would be appreciated

  • Proficiency in MS Office with focus on Excel & Powerpoint

  • Fluent English/French, Spanish may be required
