Sport Heroes is a startup offering SaaS solutions to create, manage and animate amazing communities around sport and well-being. Our services allow us to guide, motivate and valorise sportsmen and women throughout their practice.
We have over 300 customers and 1,500,000 users in 150 countries. Our solutions are used by brands (e.g. Adidas, Asics, Coca-Cola), major event organisers (e.g. Paris 2024, IRONMAN), NGOs (e.g. UNICEF, WWF) and corporate (e.g. Orange, BNP, PwC) to animate their communities of customers, fans or employees.
Sport Heroes operates some of its own services: Running Heroes, Cycling Heroes and Swimming Heroes. These motivational programs are available in France, UK and Australia and have over one million members. We also enable brands to reach these proprietary communities through advertising solutions.
Job Description :
Contract: Long-term internship (6 months minimum) or work-study option possible according to profile, and we are flexible on the start date of the internship or contract, this position include a salary.
As a Junior Product Owner, you'll...
Work with different stakeholders across the whole company (engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, CSM, Project Managers…)
Be in charge of all “run” needs: prioritize the request, write specifications, integrate it into a development sprint, communicate with the stakeholders.
Be responsible for part of the QA process by assisting the Product and QA teams in validating the overall quality of features and tasks.
Help the Product and Marketing Teams to write user-friendly changelogs.
Preferred Experience :
You are methodical and curious.
You know one or more ticketing tools (Jira, Redmine, Trello, …).
You like sports and these values.
You have a good relationship and you like to work in a team.
You are resourceful and you do not hesitate to get your hands dirty.
You like to learn.
You are comfortable in French & English (Bonus if you have some Spanish notions);
If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role’s requirements.
