WHAT WOULD YOUR MAIN MISSIONS BE?

Business development:
• Find, generate and call leads to transform them into tenants.
• Advice potential tenants depending on their needs and questions.
• Show properties to potential tenants.

Implementation of a B2B strategy:
• Actively contribute to the implementation of a B2B strategy (benchmark, acquisition, development, conversion)

Continuous improvement of the sales processes:
• Identify areas for improvement.
• Develop a strategy, implement it, review and adapt it accordingly.

WHO ARE YOU?
• You are studying business and/or sales and willing to learn more about sales in the Real Estate industry.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and feel confident communicating with various audiences (on the phone and face-to-face).
• You are proactive, you are in the front line with our clients, you know their needs better than anyone, as well as our value proposition.
• You have good writing skills in both English and French and speak fluently both English and French to feel comfortable when talking with our international team and tenants - Spanish is a plus!
