As the treasury intern, you will gain a deeper insight into corporate treasury operations, and you will contribute to the department's day-to-day operations. Most of your time will be focused on foreign exchange management in which, among many other different responsibilities, we highlight:
Foreign Exchange Analytics: Perform periodic analysis on FX exposures, FX gains/losses, etc., while interacting with the internal stakeholdersForeign Exchange Trading: Support the Treasury FX Manager in the execution of FX transactionsAdditionally, you will be able to contribute to various regional and global Treasury projects, that are aimed to drive process efficiency, in areas such as financial risk management, cash management, intercompany loans and systems.
The preferred start date is July 1st, 2022. The ideal candidate is available 5 days a week for 6 months. The location of the position is our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest. The internship can be done remotely for up to 3 days per week.
QualificationsWhat kind of candidate are we looking for?
Someone currently following a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business, with a preference in Finance or Financial Economics in a Dutch universitySomeone with advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (pivots, Vlookup, Index)Someone with excellent communication skills in English and able to work in a changing and dynamic environmentSomeone with a strong cultural awareness and interest in international environmentsAdditional InformationOur offer
