MissionsInvolvement in property transactions and portfolio management; Building investment models and presentations on acquisition opportunities,
Attending and participating in onsite meetings with service providers including agents, architects, building managers and contractors,
Actively updating the investment pipeline and managing the deal flow,
Building investment committee reports,
Assisting Asset Managers in asset management budget following, reporting and specific value-add initiatives.
ProfileA previous internship experience in real estate or in private equity would be appreciated,
Open minded and proactive,
Flexible in working across a variety of tasks,
A taste for deals and interest in Real Estate,
Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack,
Proficient French and English required.
