The Microcontroller Division (MCD) is the largest division at ST Microelectronics and the world leader in the microcontroller market supported by our STM32 products.

Within the Hardware Boards team of the MCD (Microcontroller) division, the BMS (Board Manufacturing Service) organization oversees the mass production of electronic hardware boards.
STMicroelectronics is subcontracting hardware boards to several plants over different countries.
In this context you will work closely with BMS team located in Shenzhen China close to our main subcontractors. For the European Suppliers you shall directly interact with them.
The main activities will be production and logistic management.
Production Management:
To help the production team to analyse data form different systems and consolidate it through dashboards
To act on product database
developp process to follow/control board components supply chain
Warehouse management and logistics:
To control the stock
To follow the inventory check and manage the actions in case of adjustment request
To manage the products receptions. You will be the bridge between ST suppliers and the warehouse.
To support logistics brokers for freight and customs for tax clearance.
To follow and report logistics expense and provide monthly report
Master degree in Logistics and transportation knowledge will be welcome.
knowledge in electronics manufacturing processes will also be highly appreciated.
Organization, rigorous, interpersonal relationships, tenacity/perseverance, communication, ability to challenge the requirements and constraints, Team spirit, service to customers are important.
Other skills required are: fluent English, Excel advanced level (power BI will be a +), comfortable with database management.
