CONTEXT
Starting from 2018, Imerys has launched an ambitious internal transformation program to foster efficiency within the group to reshape Imerys Digital landscape, encompassing the following  pillars:
Define and apply common language and processes for all areas
Promote and use common secure collaboration platform (ex: Google )
Build and deploy the global ERP Core Model S4/Hana
Establish the global unified IT organization.
Departments in the IT Business Partner Enabling Functions scope are Purchase, Finance, Human Resources, Communication, Legal, Audit, Strategy, Collaboration Service and Digital Innovation
This mission will focus mainly on the Purchase domain, notably to assist in the management of Purchasing applications and projects.
MISSIONS
Internship 6 months minimum -  Deputy Purchasing applications Owner and Project Manager :
As part of the Purchasing activities of the Imerys Group, you will, with the Information System Department, be responsible for assisting the Purchasing Application Owner to promote Information System processes according to group standard, contribute strongly in  project management activities to ensure compliance and clear actions followup for solution and documentation,  and propose improvements in the database analysis.
In the promotion and animation of IS processes, the objective is to achieve the adherence of the operational teams in the purchasing applications as well as assisting these teams in the daily implementation of processes.
This experience will allow you to discover the Information Systems department of an International group, its governance and associated processes such as project management, support, relationship with external support teams to acquire rewarding experience in a cutting- edge domain, notably in the purchasing applications.
PROFILE
This internship is open for:
Master degree (BAC + 4/+5)  University, Business school or  Engineering school
Specialization : Information system management, Finance or Purchase Business Analyst
Self-motivated on Purchasing topics
Fluent in English and in French. A third language is highly appreciated.
Ability to adapt to new IT tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good capacities for analysis, synthesis, method and rigor
Dynamism, team spirit and good organization
