What you need to know about this position:
Develops and expands SIA’s set of methodologies by running pilots with new suppliers (e.g. digital: voxpopme)Supports SIA team in EU projects (e.g. EU category shopper study, EU brand booklets…)Inspires the SIA community with an external view on our WOW and R&RsSupports SIA in daily business (e.g. data pulls, update & build decks & presentations, prepare studies, organize and co-facilitate trainings and workshops…)What extra ingredients you will bring:
Adaptable to new environments, quick learner, open to changeHigh interest in market research proven by CV (e.g. bachelor / master studies in social- or economic sciences)Openness for new challenges, curiositySelf-learner, intellectual agilityFluent German & English Education / Certifications:
Bachelor or Master degree under preparation in psychology, business adminstration or sociologyThe responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz  Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
