The Team:

The Field Enablement Team is part of the Go-To-Market organization and is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing development of key customer facing roles. The team is organized into 3 functions: Enablement, Program Management and Operations.

The Role:

The Intern Field Enablement developing programs and courses is responsible for supporting the program management and operations functions, creating and enhancing our onboarding and upskilling programs.

The work you'll do:
Develop content for Onboarding, Ongoing Development, and Operational Excellence across our customer-facing Celonauts (Sales and Customer Success orgs) focused on the program management area. Work closely with subject matter experts and the academy instructional designers to produce top quality courses and programsAudit and refresh best-in-class enablement content, including design review for improved onboardee experience. Help to manage, report and maintain compliance for programs Craft supporting on-point communicationsBe part of a highly dynamic environment and will take ownership of your own project with various tasks.
The qualifications you need:
Student of Business Administration / Economics / Psychology / Communications or a related field in an international environment (e.g. semester abroad)Passionate about technology and educationHave already gained experience in e-Learning & Development or instructional design (either through coursework, a first internship or university project)Think analytically, work very structured and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to work and communicate effectivelyHave a pragmatic and results-oriented working styleHave excellent communication and presentation skills, and are fluent in English (German, Spanish or other languages are a plus, but not a requirement)Creative flair and a curiosity for new and innovative ways of doing thingsShow extraordinary engagement with extracurricular activities e.g. student consultancy or student club, or volunteering
Preferred skills:
Have already gained experience in e-Learning & Development or instructional design (either through coursework, a first internship or university project)
