INDUSTRY 4.0 INTERN – Digital Factory Project leader- M/F

Our digital transformation journey started in 2018 with a 1st roadmap definition, leading us to concentrate our efforts in a pilot site on 2021 and 2022. Several technologies are being tested and will validate the bricks that will boost Imerys performance improvement process. Real time performance tracking, digitalisation of shop floor activities and virtual & augmented reality are the topics in the scope of this internship mission.
You are the project leader based on one industrial site to drive the project as part of the group Industry 4.0 roadmap, and some of your responsibilities are:
Lead the project activities on site to assure the execution on time, leading the change with project stakeholders, and communicate with local and central team.
Participate in the improvement activities to deploy new tools, manage exchange with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting and presenting results with project manager to the central team.
Networking and sharing with other POC leaders
Education: Engineering student (generalist or industrial / mechanical / electrical / automatism / process).
High interest in digital technologies
Previous experience in fields like: Lean and continuous improvement; project management; data analytics; IoT; VR/AR; or predictive maintenance is a plus.
Open-minded and enthusiastic spirit
Flexibility to accept mobility and be based on an industrial site
Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities
Organized and analytical thinking
Written and verbal communication skills in English and French. A 3rd language will be highly appreciated.
