Your RoleThе aim of thе Humаn Rеsourcеs Department is to ensure Mаntu group growth by giving еmployeеs thе right support and career dеvelopmеnt throughout their work еxperiencе. HR Governance offers mobility аnd training solutions, manages payslips and administrative procedures and ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations.

We are looking for a Governance HR Officer who is passionate about working in the Technology & Data world. In this role, you will in charge of one of our governances, supporting all employees and the leadership team across 7 countries. After a successful internship, you would be integrated to the team, permanently, and relocate in one of our Hub abroad (Romania, Mauritius, Vietnam).
Work with the Recruitment teams to complete the recruit forecast of the governance, as per the validated business plan and in the frame of the validated budgetEnsure the eligibility assessment and the coordination with Mobility teams for the mobility cases of employeesAnticipate the HR changes : end of contracts, mobility wishes, resignations, etc.Support each steps of the Talent Management System of your scope : yearly appraisal campaigns, people review, recruitment forecast, budget, etc.Establish an effective relationship with your main clients to be able to guide and advise them in their daily HR needs & issuesEnsure a follow up of the employee satisfaction to put in place corrective actions when needed, relying on the local HR teams and the managementContribute to structure the career paths of the governances to improve the development & retention of its talentsEnsure compliance with group policy best practices, processes and policies in your scopeFollow up the main HR indicators of your scope, along with the HR Intelligence department and your main clientsYour main clients and partners will be the top management of the governance you will be in charge, the Recruitment teams, the Remuneration & Mobility department, the Talent Development teams, and the local HR teams, across the world
You have a master degree with a specialty in Human Resources ManagementYou are dynamic, curious and eager to learn in a fast moving & demanding environmentYou are a fast learner with very good communication
