Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

Within the Group Leadership Development & Academy team is looking for a young talent for a 6 months internship to support the design, the global implementation and roll-out of global programs targeting employees, managers and group talents across Generali Group.Group Leadership Development & Academy function is in charge to support Generali strategy and business results as the engine to grow future global leaders, to nurture our talents, to accelerate the Group's transformation, to foster diversity and inclusion across the Group and to enhance the perception of Generali as an employer of choice. The unit is in charge of designing and delivering key training and development initiatives to enrich the potential of our people and equip them for business and future challenges.

The candidate will have a privileged view of Managerial and Leadership development programs at Group level and will actively contribute to their design, project management and deployment. The programs are aimed at achieving Group ambitions in terms of empowerment and at supporting the transition to the Next Normal and cultural transformation. The candidate will have a true interest in this subject and ambition in developing and supporting a portfolio of activities, with a particular focus on managerial and leadership aspects.

The ideal candidate will support the team in the following activities:
Organization, design of trainings and global initiatives dedicated to people managers, employees and group talentSet-up of communication process flow on Generali internal and external channels and coordination with our Group Communication functionsCoordination of monthly calls/meetings with local HR specialistsAnalysis and updating of programs' data and related KPIsProvision of logistical support to the various regional/country diversity teams (Meeting agendas, preparation of materials, event follow-up)

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have
A bachelor's degree (economics, psychology, social sciences)International exposure (study or work experience)A sincere interest in training and people developmentExcellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word and Outlook)Excellent organizational skillsKnowledge of digital, social/business networks will be a plus
