Provide day-to-day technical support for system issues reported by local F&A teams and delivery centres. (Oracle R12, AIO, Accor’s referential : Mega, OneStream & DFM) and reports to System administration teams.

Interact with the system help desks (IS Finance & delivery centres – System support teams)  and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and providing technical support when needed

Support regular monitoring of systems and respond immediately to usability problems

Troubleshoot system errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues

Support in maintaining our internal infrastructures including system architecture, database, user accesses….

Help perform routine/scheduled audits of all backups

Perform BPO SLA / KPI administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions and group policies

Help build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and policies

Assist other members of the finance service team with support for technical and data projects as required.

Liaise with the Finance teams in ensuring the best service is given to both internal and external clients

Due to any circumstances, duties may vary or ad-hoc duties may be required


The successful candidate will have the following:

Have a strong administration background

Strong Microsoft knowledge

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong Communication and Interpersonal relationships skills
