Editorial Content Coordinator

Every year, VivaTech brings together the world’s top business leaders, startups, investors, researchers and thinkers for a unique experience combining inspiration, networking and a showcase for innovation. Since 2021, VivaTech has enriched its offer with a digital platform that brings together a worldwide community of innovators. VivaTech had thus reached 119 million people in 149 countries this year and had brought together 140,000 visitors, with 26,000 in-person attendees in Paris.
VivaTech is looking for an Editorial Content Coordinator to join the team in charge of all the conferences and speakers happening on stage and online during the event.
Among your duties and responsibilities, you will work with the team to:
Participate in the creation of a worldwide conference from A to Z and be part of the team that will produce the 2022 edition.
Assist to craft and articulate the themes, topics and content to be discussed on stage, based on the editorial choices made.
Help the team to identify the right speakers (key players, companies, institutions, leaders, entrepreneurs, public figures), send out invitations and participate in calls presenting the event, what a speaking engagement would entail, and respond to inquiries related to their participation.
Monitor the news in the startup scene and tech communities around the world to pick up on the emerging trends, technologies and young promising leaders of tomorrow.
Manage the online content pertaining to the conference: agenda, and speaker information.
Work closely with the event production team to help design, create and build the conference stages as well as participate in the strategy of bringing more interaction and experiences on stage.
Liaise with the other teams at Vivatech to help promote our content and bring your knowledge to others: Marketing & Communications, Operations and Productions, Commercial and Partners, etc. Teamwork is essential.
Assist the team in the preparation of reporting tools.
During the event, meet and assist the speakers, support the stage managers, and live an unforgettable experience.
Fluent in English and French (native is a plus, additional languages are appreciated)
Interested in innovation and technological breakthroughs, tech savvy and with a creative mindset.
At ease with tech and digital tools.
Calm under pressure and with good attention to detail.
