Data office intern H/F
The Data Office Intern will be integrated in a global multi-cultural team and will be supporting the deployment of the foundations, and help Sodexo transform its ways of working.
As a Data Office Intern you will support various initiatives contributing to increasing data knowledge and identify data quality issues in the priority domains defined by Sodexo.
This will be done with 2 majors tasks:
§ Supporting projects on ongoing data initiatives: How to improve Data Quality by setting up processes, supporting organization change, trying Data Quality tools, within Master Data initiatives and Data Enrichment.
§ Supporting the change management and communication of the Data Office to allow the Data Community to learn, share, exchange on data related topics (Organize Data Office Communication, participate to Events organization, design communication material on various channels).
· Candidate must be able to
§ track and report on main Project Management phases for the initiatives she/he will be involved in,
§ Report in an easy, business friendly approach on data initiative progresses to be impactful and lead them to clear actions.
§ use and enrich pages of our community management tools within the Microsoft suite (Yammer, Sharepoint)
· Candidate will contribute to the change management wherever there will be new processes to be put into place.
- Studying at BAC+4/BAC+5, BS/MS equivalent level in a Business/Economics field with Data Analytics options, or Engineering /Management Information Systems.
- Technical skills
a. SQL is a must, dealing with large sets of data from multiple sources
b. Data management experience and Agile (SCRUM) experience is a plus
c. Hands on experience on BI architecture, and experience working on Power BI (DAX)
d. R Studio, Python is a plus
e. Our work environment is Microsoft 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Streams)
- 1 to 2 years of data related activities - analytics, application management or application development.

a. Strong relationship building skills, coupled with high business acumen
b. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
c. Customer/Client Service oriented
d. Must have excellent spoken and written communication in English. French or/and other European languages a plus.
e. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
