Objectives

• Contribute to the deployment of an Enterprise Data Catalog tool, an initiative of the Global Data Governance Office

• Participate in construction of the company data documentation standards - including the metamodel, that will structure the way we manage data information

• Contribute to business terms and data dictionaries enrichment with business users, ensuring quality standards

• Foster better data Knowledge Management practices in Sodexo

Main Activities

• Contribution to Tool Deployment

o Be trained and ramp-up in a newly launched tool

o Contribute to the building of the metamodel and anticipate changes

• Content Moderation

o Contribute to the Data Catalog enrichment, with hands-on documentation of business terms and data dictionaries

o Work hand-in-hand with business and IS&T stakeholders to build content on templates and input them in the tool

o Ensure compliance to metamodel structure and defined quality standards for documentation

• Support Usage

o Attribute licenses and introduce tool to onboarding users

o Support usage of tool and troubleshoot issues

o Educate users and participate in the moderation of content

published

• Studying at BAC+4/BAC+5, BS/MS equivalent level in a Business/Economics or Engineering/Scientific field - preferentially with Data Analysis or Governance background - or equivalent practical experience;

• Fluent English required, French recommended. Other languages are very welcome

• Mastery of MS Office pack;

• Basic knowledge of Databases structure and Data Models; Frequent usage of data (e.g. open data) for business analysis and data related projects;

• Detail-oriented, hands-on, enthusiastic about data and patient about technology troubleshooting;

• Good interpersonal and intercultural relationships; Good presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences - oral and written;

• Willingness to work well in a large corporation, with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams;
