About us

We are the Landor & Fitch Paris’ Client Services team – a diverse and international team working hand-in-hand with our clients, internal departments, and fellow offices worldwide on a daily basis to deliver exceptional work. We evolve in a collaborative environment where we encourage our team members to grow and become autonomous. We are looking for our next Assistant Client Manager (6-month internship) to help us on our different accounts (corporate and consumer; French and International).

About the offer

You will be joining the Client Services team; your main tasks will include:

  • Cross department project coordination: ensuring the easy flow of communications between all departments involved in a project (client services, strategy, design, production, etc) and develop good working relationships with each department
  • Help manage daily interactions with clients: organise internal and external meetings, workshops, attend key client meetings and assist in answering their requests
  • Provide clear and concise meeting reports
  • Develop project timelines, update presentations, and verify all content sent to clients
  • Keep internal teams up to date on key milestones while ensuring they deliver their work in a timely manner based on the project timeline validated by the client
  • Provide strategic feedback when relevant to ensure the work prepared by the different teams answers the client’s brief
  • Support the new business team in preparing proposals
  • Handle administrative and financial tasks, which consist of keeping track budgets, forecasting revenue, and working with the accounting team to make sure they have all the financial information they need.

Profile

You have a background in marketing/ business/ communications and show a real interest in brand strategy, storytelling, and design. Additionally, you:

  • Hold a master’s degree with a specialisation in marketing, communications, or branding
  • Have previous experiences in agencies and/or in project management
  • Are very organised and rigorous in your work and know how to multi-task
  • Are dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented, and are a real team player
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Can easily work in an international environment, both in English and French (min. C1 level in English)
  • Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and the Mac interface
